Great service, safe, quiet and a very clean place.

Fine, but fair.
Very old hotel. He offers very little for what he charges. There is no restaurant, no air conditioning, the TV does not work. Yes I thought the attention of the workers was very good, they are very friendly. I use a lot of hotels a year and this is battle, to spend a little time and something else. I think it has many possibilities, but to bring it to the standards of 2026 you have to put money seriously.

Staff was bad rude and hotel not good
Stayed in this hotel for one night checking in the lady did not even take a second to talk to me was on the phone on a personal phone and I know cause I speak Spanish so rude and the most disinterested person I have ever meet the hotel was not any better would never stay here again old and not worth a cent

Great stay while on Camino
This is a lovely, comfortable hotel. The room had everything I needed, and the bed, although firm, was comfortable. My friend had her own room as well and was happy.
The staff are very helpful, and always smiling. It helps to speak some Spanish, as not all the staff speak any English.
We stayed for three nights, and bussed and taxied backwards and forwards on the Camino to do the stages, but be based in Silleda.
Be aware ( as we, unfortunately were not) that if you are a pilgrim, you can get a really good rate, currently 18 euros for your own room and bathroom. We booked through booking.com and therefore paid much more. There is also a peregrino rate for breakfast.

Excellent accommodation
We are staying at Hotel Ramos in Silleda whilst completing the Camino Sanabrese. The staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are a good size and the hotel is spotless. There is good wifi, comfortable beds, a bar and restaurant. All for a very reasonable price.
Highly recommended.
