Bien ubicado
Hemos estado una semana, no tiene limpieza diaria pero si al ser apartamento te dejan estropajo fregona y balletas nuevos para su uso.
El personal de recepción muy amable, le pedimos cambio colchones porque estaban mal y ese mismo día lo cambiaron. La piscina fuera de temporada no tiene socorrista pero te permiten baño bajo tu responsabilidad la mantienen limpia y con hamacas, es de agradecer porque prácticamente han hecho días de verano.
El personal de recepción muy amable, le pedimos cambio colchones porque estaban mal y ese mismo día lo cambiaron. Awful
It’s 130am and I have finally complained to reception and the ‘kids’ all 60+ have left the room down the hall.
3 hours of shouting singing etc and I’m at the end of my s&£@.
After the threat of guardia civil and hitting the fire alarm things got moving. We all party but not when so near too others. Even the guests were abusive when asked to be quiet. Not my sort of place, family friendly pffftt no chance.
Receptions response was slow until the warning about evacuation. As a family hotel it is poor, another sleepless night on vacation to another day of feeling like crap because of others, great holiday (not)
I wouldn’t stay again, area slow, hotel dirty and to be honest nothing in here for kids.
Won’t recommend and Booking.com will be getting a poor review too.
Early morning wake up again from up above, why move furniture every couple of minutes and drag it across the floor to make a horrible sound to make sure your awake.
I’d never stay here again, I’d rather sleep outside on the road.
It shouldn’t take a guest to threaten action to move things along!!

Bastante que mejorar
Negativo:
Limpieza muy descuidada, máxime en la etapa post COVID actual.
Colchones y almohadas horrorosos. Nos cambiaron el colchón porque estaba completamente deformado.
Menaje insuficiente: sin tostador, ni cuchillo grande, sólo 4 vasos, una sola sartén....muy pobre la verdad.
Piscina cerrada a primeros de julio por obras. En pleno verano y la piscina está en obras.....muy lógico no es.
Positivo:
Amplitud y distribución apartamentos.
Personal correcto.
Ubicación y cercanía a la playa.

estupendos apartamentos
Apartamentos muy completos con todo lo indispensable , limpios , con buenas camas para descansar ideal para ir en pareja o con niños , con piscina interior y la playa a pie de los apartamentos , muy bien situados y con facilidad de aparcamiento ,
