Great location
This hotel is close to Karon Beach, which is a 5-minute walk away.
Unfortunately, the street lacks a sidewalk and has a lot of congestion, which sometimes forces you to walk on the road, making it uncomfortable.
We spent 5 days there in a large, pleasant, and spacious room with a small terrace; the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.
The entire staff is polite and helpful, and they have always listened to us with a smile and friendliness.

Holidays with family
Great hotel! Cleaning rooms every day, the hotel has everything you need, several towels including beach, hairdryer, kettle, mini bar; polite and responsive staff. There's a gym, a shade table, breakfasts were included. The balcony offers chic mountain and sea views. The sea is about 200 meters away, there is a night market nearby (but open Tue and Fri from 4.30 p.m.), great establishments with delicious seafood (Ying 100% recommend -quick serve, fresh dishes, rates), the beach is clean and incredibly beautiful!

Great Hotel!
We lived on the 6th floor overlooking the beautiful mountains, our room was 608. Every day, room service and change of towels!
At the reception the girls are very friendly and always help and answer all questions and smile very nicely!
Breakfast is very varied and delicious in the morning! Some people shouldn't write bad reviews, the food is good!
The rooms are very large and spacious! Clean and fresh! A large, spacious balcony where it is nice to sit and look at the beautiful mountains!!!
Be sure to come back next spring to this hotel again!

This was one of two stays in Phuket. Opted to attend EDC on checkout day.Karin is a relaxed beach and has many Russian amenities. The streets are easy to walk. The hotel could have utilized a few updates, but overall nice. Chose to parasail at this beach and drink vodka with Russians on the beach.
