A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a late check in fee of GBP 25 for check-ins after 19:00. No parties are allowed and no more than the stated number of that the property can accommodate may be in the property at any time. Please Note: This is a private residential building therefore, no parties are allowed. The property has quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00 when music or loud noise is not permitted. Please note a GBP 100 fee applies if keys are lost or not returned on the day of departure.
