This NO PETS 🏡 will offers STEEP DISCOUNTS for extended stays—perfect for families, groups, or work trips. • Extended Stays Available: Take advantage of steep discounts for weekly and monthly stays—perfect for extended getaways or work trips. • Newly Added Second Bathroom: Enjoy the convenience of an additional bathroom to accommodate larger groups. • Trash Responsibility: As this is a residential property, guests are responsible for managing trash and using the on-site dumpster. • Basement Bedrooms and Laundry: Two of the bedrooms and the washer/dryer are located in the basement. Please note that the stairs to the basement are considered steep by some guests. • Some guests consider the stairs to the front door steep. We also offer an additional entrance through the driveway into the basement. • Low Cleaning Fees: To keep cleaning costs low, the base nightly rate includes up to three guests. For groups larger than three, an additional $15 per night per guest will be charged to cover extra cleaning and laundry. • This is a quiet space for relaxing stays. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. • Pet-Free Home: To maintain an allergy-friendly environment, pets are not allowed. • Bluebird House is equipped with propane-powered heat and hot water to provide a cozy and efficient experience. Occasionally, you may notice a faint smell near the water heater or furnace, which is a normal part of their operation. Propane may also vent safely outside the home. If you ever have any questions or concerns, we’re just a message away. • Checkout Policy: Checkout time is 10 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, further charges may apply. • Rental Agreement: A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. Base rate includes up to 3 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low for smaller groups. 🤫Remember you have neighbors, so be sure to be respectful of them. 🚫🚬There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home. $200 per day smoking fee will be charged. 👟Please remove your shoes if they are soiled. 🚮Trash must be bagged and taken up to the dumpster. 🚫🔥No charcoal grills allowed. No safe place to set one. 🚫🐶No pets in this home. ‼️PLEASE MAKE SURE DOOR IS LOCKED AND LATCHED UPON LEAVING - ‼️DOOR MUST BE PULLED CLOSED TO PROPERLY LOCK Other things of note: 🛜Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🧻🚽Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets - do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or even 'flushable' wipes as they will damage the septic system 👥No unregistered guests. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up three guests. Each additional guest beyond three will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 😴 Checkout is strictly at 10 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 trip return fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges may apply. 💲If breaking of rules or any amenities are taken that cause a refund for the next guest, you will be deemed responsible to pay for the missing items as well as the lost booking. Shared Amenities: Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests. Please leave these amenities in the home for everyone’s use. 📑Rental Agreement required for stays greater than 14 days.
