Please inform Maikhao Dream Villa Resort and Spa, Maikhao Phuket in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that credit card must be presented upon check-in. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2025 is mandatory for all guests staying overnight on this date. The supplementary charges at THB 15,000 per an adult and THB 7,500 per a child. Rates are inclusive of 17.7% tax and service charge. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality, safety, and aesthetics of our facilities, we would like to inform you that the main swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Ajour Bar will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. While guests staying in our villas may continue to enjoy their spacious private pools, please be advised that the main swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Ajour Bar will be unavailable during this period. Maintenance work is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2025 and is expected to be completed by October 2025. Should there be any delays, we will provide timely updates accordingly.
