Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform voco St. David's Cardiff by IHG in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Spa at St. David's opening hours: From Monday to Friday - 06:30 am - 9:00pm From Saturday to Sunday:- 7:30pm - 9:00pm Please note: Hotel guests will have complimentary access to the spa from Monday – Friday: 6:30am to 11:00am and 3:00pm to 9:00pm. Weekends: 7:30am to 11:00am and 3:00pm to 9:00pm. Two-hour use out of these hours can be purchased at £15 per guest. Pool hours for all children are 7:30-9:30am and 4-6pm. At busy times the property may restrict access to the spa in order to ensure guests are able to get the most from our facilities in a safe manner. Please note that the hotel parking is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at £25.00 for 24 hours. The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in. Upon arrival, we require all guests to pre authorise a debit/credit card of their choosing at £50 per night, per room for incidentals. If the guest does not use this deposit, it will be released back to them at the end of their stay. Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement for an additional fee of GBP 30 per night. There are some adjustments to the opening hours of the restaurant. In room-dining options are available. Bed and Breakfast or Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rates are for up to 2 adults sharing a room, children breakfast supplements may apply.
