You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pre-Check-In Process: The pre-check-in process must be fully completed no later than 24 hours before the check-in date by 3:00 PM. Failure to complete this process on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit starting from £250 per room is mandatory and will be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This deposit is only collected through the Property Guest Portal (Charge Automation) via debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. Deposit Release: The damage deposit will be released in full via debit or credit card within 10 working days of check-out, provided that a satisfactory inspection of the property is conducted. Required Documentation: Guests are required to upload a clear photo of their Passport and debit or credit card as part of the pre-check-in process. Special Requests: All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Check-In Information: Details related to check-in will only be provided on the Property Guest Portal after the pre-check-in procedure has been fully completed. This information will be available at 12:00 PM on the check-in day.
