Great base for exploring Amman.
Safe,clean,three star Hotel ,with friendly,helpful staff. Reasonably priced city and extended tours arranged.
Good basic breakfast included.
Price around $90 Aus.
Airport is a considerable distance from Amman,with a taxi costing around $30 Aus

Friendly and helpful staff, other things should be improved
I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights.
For the very friendly and helpful staff I would give five points.
But no point for the first room I get. It was dirty and the two bathrooms smelt so horrible that I couldn't even open the door of the smaller one, otherwise the whole room was filled with this smell. It's pitiful to rent rooms like this especially for this high price.
The smell in the other room was better, but I think that the towels and bed lines were not all fresh washed too. After a few days the towel on the floor in my bathroom was understandable really dirty and I asked the roommate to change it. Finally she just turned it.
Breakfast was not very rich but not bad, but vegetables like cucumbers were dried up. The door to the toilet next to the breakfast room was wide open the first two days which was quite unappetizing. After I had closed it by myself it stayed like this over the other days.

Amazing hotel
One of the best hotel suites in Amman was a great experience, a wonderful staff, helpful staff, quiet atmosphere and reasonable prices compared to the service

Nice small hotel opposite the Jordan University
I choose this hotel cause it was close to my point of arrival to Amman, and it was a good choice. Very nice hotel, opposite the Jordan university, safe, with shopping mall with supermarket and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was perfect from my one night stay. Very helpful and friendly staff specially want to mention Mutaz from the reception, which makes my stay very comfortable and helped me to get to the airport on time!

Good Suite.. Bad Service
The building and suite itself were good, comfortable and mostly clean, and the location was ideal for us. However, the service was bad:we paid for an "open buffet" breakfast and got only a pathetic breakfast delivered into our suite. Furthermore it was always late as they wouldn't serve it before 8:30 or 9:00 though we specified that we wanted it by 7:30. Cutlery were occasionally missing and once we were given salt instead of sugar. The Breakfast tray remained in the room unless we gave them a call to pick it up. Considering that this is Amman with tens of restaurants around, I will never pay again in advance for breakfast, IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
Moreover, smoking was permitted within the premises even for the staff. the towels looked dirty so we had to buy our own. All in all it was not worth what we paid and I would not stay there again.
