Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel. Booker’s ID / passport and same credit card holder must be presented upon check in. Should the booker’s or credit card holder is not available upon check , new full payment arrangement will be made upon check-in Should it be payment on behalf (third party), a letter of authorization with credit card copy (front & back) is required to be forward to Hotel Reservation Department prior to check in.
