Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. As you may have heard, South Africa is experiencing ongoing disruption to power supply due to the national power utility, Eskom, not being able to meet current demand. To ensure our guests are not inconvenienced by these power interruptions, The Marly employs an on-site generator, however this does produce a measure of low-grade noise pollution.
