Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception Desk available in lobby, opening from 09:30am to 04:00pm. Guests must pay a AUD 200 security deposit and settle the full balance during front desk hours on the day of check-in or in advance. Failure to do so may result in inability to check in, for which Aussie Escape Apartments accept no liability Guest parking in the neighbouring building is available at a flat rate of AUD 20 per day strictly from 02:00 pm to 10:00 am, subject to availability due to limited spaces. 24 hours’ advance booking is required. No garbage left on the Chute room floor and all cardboards/any boxes will easily block chute; please take all to reception. Any voilation may result AUD 250 penalty as per building OC rules. Strict No Party Policy applies. Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted. Quiet hours: 9:00 pm–10:00 am. Breaches may result in immediate eviction under OC rules. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request housekeeping service at an extra charge of AU $30 per time for less than 7 nights stay. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
