Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The card provided will be pre-authorized after the reservation is made with a charge of 100 USD for the first night and 50 USD for each additional night, with a maximum of 300 USD per stay, to cover unforeseen expenses. This authorization will be released at the time of departure if no additional cost applies. Guests using a debit card should keep in mind that the release of the funds may take more time according to the procedures of the bank.
