Excellent fish, super portions, and fast service! Highly recommended!

We went to the restaurant Il Pescatore in Duino and we had a wonderful time.
Delicious fish, cooked very well.
Generous portions: Rich and generous dishes, an excellent quality-price ratio. Despite the place being full, the dishes arrived quickly and the staff was very courteous. If you are in the Duino area, highly recommended!

Wonderful restaurant with hotel.

A great accommodation with very nice newly renovated rooms. Superb selection at the breakfast buffet. We were also delighted with the dinner. Additionally, a nice friendly team including the hosts.

Well worth a stay

All the rooms at Al Pescatore Hotel were completely renovated two years ago. Now the rooms are of a very high standard- renovated bathrooms, refrigerator, roomy. The balconies are the same- no need to change them. Hall furnished with attractive paintings.
Breakfast buffet especially good. Self service, but coffee or tea served. Friendly staff.
Free parking behind the hotel.

Good hotel

Good Albert in front of the castle of Duino.
The rooms are quite soundproofed, clean and some with balconies. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need

Very nice hotel, strategic location to visit the surroundings

We stayed two nights weeck of June 2 , although the structure looks a bit dated on the outside , the rooms instead have all been renovated in a modern style, very nice and the bathroom really nice . The village is very convenient to visit Trieste and its surroundings, a few km from both Trieste and Grado or Monfalcone. The hotel is located a few meters from Castel Duino and the Rilke path (beautiful walk on the Duino cliffs) quiet and peaceful location. Owner very helpful in providing info on places to dine or head to visit the surroundings.
