Perfect place to relax and unwind.

If you want to escape from Medina's haoss this is the perfect place. Not like Riad but I was literally amazed how good it was. Location just walking distance from Souks. Close to the airport. Atmosphere made me feel like I some aristocracy on holiday. High ceilings, big rooms, cool swimming pool. Receptionist Zakaria kind, helpful, friendly and caring. Made even seperetly breakfast for me because I woke up late. I loved my room in orange. And the hall was gorgeous. Real swimming pool with refreshing, clean water. Unfortunately I don't have enough time for Hamam massage.
Was problem with my shower but straight away everything was repaired.
House was clean and tidy.
Only noises from motorway was coming but trees was good protectors.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, fresh and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent.
What really stood out, though, was the fantastic service. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, from the staff to the management.
A very special thank you to Anwar for his exceptional dedication and kindness. He went above and beyond to help us and made our stay even more enjoyable. His genuine care and willingness to assist really made a difference.
Thank you for a lovely stay — we would be very happy to return!

The hotel is in a very quiet area, and the staff is very friendly. However, the mattress sagged, and the cleanliness of the room wasn't great. That said, if you're looking for a quiet spot with a pool in Marrakech—just a 5-minute drive from the Medina—it’s a fantastic option.

The bed mattress was of very poor quality, cardboard-type firmness, dipping to the middle (picture). The bathroom was unsafe, with a high step to enter and a high down step to exit, but no mat prevent slipping on the tiled floor. The towel rail was broken (pictured), so little due care and attention had been offered to property maintenance. Simple things like shampoo and conditioner were non-existent. The only item was a handwash (pictured) Sockets in the room were exposed. Another frustrating element was the breakfast. They have a very strict one hour breakfast time and will not accommodate any request out of this time without an excessive charge.

DO NOT STAY HERE. DIRTY, BROKEN, UNPLEASANT

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE
- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ACCOMMODATION.
- We payed a lot to stay here so was disappointed.
- Dirty bedding.
- Stained towels.
- The TV didn’t work.
- No water was provided.
- Little toilet roll.
- Slightly hard to locate hotel.
- Just one member of staff for reception, cooking breakfast, cleaning etc.
- No shampoo (at a DIFFERENT hotel we stayed at in Marrakesh they provided shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, cotton wool buds, cotton pads etc.)
- The pool was nice, but the garden around it was overgrown and scruffy with broken, dirty furniture (bird poo, asked the one member of staff to clean it but didn’t), and football net etc so wasn’t pleasant to sit in.
- The wifi was limited downstairs, with zero wifi service in the room. The member of staff did not understand the problem/did not solve the problem.
- The breakfast was limited and served in a dirty environment, the table was dirty and there were cats trying to come in the room.
- For the first part of our holiday in Morocco we stayed in a lovely hotel in the centre of Marrakesh [NOT GRAMTAHOUSE], the experience was superb and the rooms, breakfast, and garden was to an excellent standard for a similar price to this shockingly bad hotel. We booked Gramtahouse in order to be near the airport, but I strongly recommend booking better accommodation more in the centre of Marrakesh and getting a taxi to the airport as they are affordable!
