Highly recommended hotel, one of the best in Benidorm
Excellent buffet, very well located, it is very close to the beach, with very good attention from the staff, especially Ana María the maitre for her friendliness and kindness. The facilities are good; the only negative thing is that the pool is quite deep for people who do not know how to swim, although there is also a heated pool. Without a doubt, the best hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm, I am looking forward to returning.

Hotel well located, quite close to the beach, with a pretty nice rooftop with panoramic views to Benidorm. The staff is friendly and helpful.
However, some aspects are quite mediocre. The hotel's pool is very small for the size of the same, as well as the fact that the entire hotel is served only by 4 elevators (+1 panoramic elevator). It is insufficient for the large number of guests, leading to long waiting times. The quality and variety of the buffet, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms also left much to be desired.

Turned up looked a lovely hotel ,I booked a twin room with a balcony when arrived at room on 5th floor we had a double bed with a sofa bed and no balcony ,when asking reception staff about room I got such a rude response and told to come back the following day to request a better room to a manager ,if you book please request before hand so not disappointed !! ,breakfast very disappointing ,lovely clean room and waterfall shower can’t complain about cleanliness but not a four star hotel at all .

Hotel has gone out a lot in2 years behind based on the food too bad for us but we coal no more tetug reception also not friendly

Excellent Location & Value for Money !!!
Top class location and only a stroll to Leavante Beach. Lovely spacious hotel with helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms are comfortable and tick all the boxes. A buffet breakfast to cater for all tastes was included. Pool is fairly small but with the beach ⛱️ on your doorstep it's not an issue !! Rooftop bar is a bonus!! Excellent all round experience.
