Great hotel, great location. Hoping to get back for a fourth visit.
Fantastic location, clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable. It's half board, but you can still buy a tasty lunch by the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast and evening buffets. As it's adult only it's not rowdy and there are plenty of sunbeds. There is also a rooftop pool. Sadly the usual entertainment manager Natalie was away due to an accident, but as always she'd booked fantastic acts. Hopefully she's back now as her stand in was really annoying, and even managed to spoil the bingo. Hence the dropped point. Will definitely be going back for another visit.

Will give it a miss next year
Great location. Staff very good. Shout out to Victoria and Iris on reception. Iliya and Natalie on entertainment. Iliya did a fantastic job filling in for Natalie in her absence. Manu on the bar. Very clean hotel and good entertainment artists. Disappointed in the management who dismissed the costumes going green as people using sun lotions in the pool. Although reception did offer to get them washed. Some guests swimwear did not come up clean. This seems to be a Protur problem as Sa Coma and Alicia had the same issues. The science teacher who was staying at the same time as us says it is too much copper in the stuff they use to get rid of the algae. . Food was cold quite a few times. Again this was dismissed. This is our 3rd visit and each time the food gets worse. Maybe now is the time to miss next year. It was lovely seeing returning guests and meeting new friends.

I’d just like to mention how wonderful Illiya was and how sad we were he had to leave after only a week. He was so energetic and his people skills were second to none. I wish him well in all he does.

Peaceful location
Just got back from a seven nights stay at the Protur Bonamar Hotel in Majorca.Room was on the small side clean and modern but bathroom was strange which was a glass cubicle not fully private.Hotel was clean and modern in side pool area looked nice but the pool did not look as clean as you would expect dirt and lots of staining around the edges.The roof terrace had lovely comfy loungers and an infinity pool which would of been lovely but was so dirty and full of dirt and green algae.Most of the staff were pleasant accept for the strict life guard who came across as abrupt.Meal times were split into two sittings and you were allocated the same table each night .Breakfast was served from 8am till 10 and the staff would turn off the coffee machines on time and you felt rushed,but then they would turn them back on for themselves and start taking the food for their own breakfast which came across as rude I feel they should have done this in private away from guests to witness same happened at tea time taking the food for themselves.The food was not good different variety of pork every night chicken was under cooked of several occasions and the eggs were either overcooked or undercooked so we ended up eating out most days which was a shame.Lots of guests complained of their swim wear being ruined by the pool water which turned everything green and when we complained to the staff we were told it was the sun cream in the water but it was definitely not the case as this has never happened on any other holiday we all think that there was too much copper in the pool staff took peoples swimwear away to be washed but unfortunately they were still green .Overall the hotel was lovely and in a prime location overlooking the sea it was so peaceful and provided great entertainment each night all the guests were friendly and made our holiday a pleasant stay just a shame the food let the place down.

Honest review from a non Karen
If you want an honest review read this!
We are currently still here and having the best time! It’s our first time at this hotel and we will defo be back!
After reading some of the comments we were a little apprehensive but soon as we arrived we felt nothing but relaxed!
The reception staff are 10/10 very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The bar staff are 10/10 they work so hard 10am till 12am non stop, very friendly and the banter is brilliant!
Restaurant staff/chefs 10/10 so helpful always busy they also don’t stop.
Hotel area spotless!!!!! Never anything out of place always clean and tidy.
The pool is lovely and clean just what you want.
The rooms are spotless and beds are clean, housemaids can come In everyday if you desire, we personally had them every other day.
The food has a wide selection for everybody even catering for gluten free.
As some one who can be fussy with food abroad I have found something to eat every night and throughly enjoyed it, some nights were better than others but like I say still found something to eat, and plenty of puddings
The entertainment has been brilliant every night, we had a week with Elias and he was honestly the best we made friends with him and love him. Natalie is back today and look forward to spending the week with her.
Overall this hotel is faboulous and would recommend to everyone!
