Located in the north of Majorca, in Ca'n Picafort, Js Yate is only 100 metres from a fine, sandy beach. It features a large outdoor swimming pool and kids' pool. Free WiFi is provided. Js Yate boasts a tranquil setting in an area full of shops.

Great hotel
We had booked 2 person room without breakfast (accidentally), we could still include this at check-in at a higher price than online-booking.
Room was spacious enough, built-in wardrobe to store your belongings, desk with TV, small fridge (really doesn’t fit much in but better than no:-) separate bathroom with toilet. Terrace on the pool side, in itself not bothered by noise, I slept nicely.
Hotel is hygienic, is cleaned every day and also smells fresh every morning in the hallway (s) where we stayed. There is a small basic ‘gym’ available, a spa, larger and children’s pool available,
The only downside of that is that people put their carrier bags down and you don't have any seats available, these are not moved by the staff either...
You have to rent a kettle. Breakfast-buffet is nicely varied, from fruit to breakfast cakes. Bath towels are provided under deposit, fresh towel will cost you an extra amount if you want to exchange them.
Room towels were so far just neatly changed at room-cleaning.

Very good stay at the JS Yate Picafort
Clean room and very pleasant and professional staff
Well-located and quiet hotel
Complete breakfast but dinner limited in terms of choice, however many things seem to be made on-site
Nevertheless, there is still that problem of etiquette with the reserving of lounge chairs at the pool and towels that spend the day there

Fabulous Friendly hotel
Lovely hotel, first came in May and decided to come back again for a week in July. I only have 3 negative things
1. They have a policy and the pool area roped off till 10am, which is fine BUT you get some people going into the gym and using the door there to enter the pool area, place their towels on the beds and then go for breakfast, They need to either have the gym door locked so you cant access the pool area or have a member of staff on duty from 8am to stop people or a member of staff walk around at 9.30am and remove any towels that are on the loungers.
2. You can't even eat a packet of your own crisps round the pool area.
3. The food in the restaurant could be a little bit hotter.
Apart from that its a lovely little gem of a hotel, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc friendly staff. There is an Aldi only a few minutes walk away which is very handy.
Drinks are a good price.
Lovely shower room if you cant keep your room on on the day you are leaving.
I'm looking at going back again in October.
They say if you are a member you get a free gift but was unsure what this was as I never received anything but it didn't spoil my holiday.

Perfect
Modern hotel. The room was clean and cozy, only the double bed was a little narrower. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The pool and the surroundings were absolutely perfect. Very nice and friendly staff. The beach is a few steps away from the hotel. Parking was always available in the streets around.

Nice Location
HONEST Review
We stayed here recently on a Half Board basis and as a British M/F Couple in our 50s.
Hotel was in a quiet location, similar to Benidorm Old Town, and approx 150 metres from the Beach.
Hotel staff were friendly. There were a couple of members of staff that were not good with English and this sometimes caused a language barrier BUT we managed in the end.
We initially requested an adapted room on the ground floor BUT it was too small and overlooked a busy side road, it also had a bad smell of Dogs in the corridor.
Therefore, we were offered an upgraded Superior Room on the Top Floor at an additional cost of €25 Euros per night. The room was spacious with a Super King size bed PLUS a Pool and Sea view which justified the upgrade charge. The bathroom was a bit dated though.
However, we were surprised to be charged €4.50 per night to use the in-room safe. With it being a 4 star hotel we expected it to be included for free as with other 4 star Hotels we have stayed in.
Our Room was cleaned daily, bed was made and towels changed.
Unfortunately there are no Privacy Screens seperating the Balconies between rooms.
The Hotel had a nice quiet relaxed Vibe throughout and the Pool area had relaxing music playing.
A mixture of different nationalities, being mostly German / Italian families and couples, were staying at the Hotel, l think we were the only British Guests staying.
Restaurant evening meals were a bit repetetive and hit and miss, with some of the chicken being under-cooked as well.
Would we stay here again ? Possibly BUT on a B&B only basis due to the evening meals and if this was an option. They would also need to knock the charge off to use the Safe.
