All fabulous

On the occasion of my father's 90th anniversary, we booked in the hotel restaurant.
We were 13 people and we were put in a glazed room just for us, the menu consisted of multiple appetizers and second to choose and everything was perfect, you have to highlight the shoulder of lamb that was impressive.
It must be said that they let us put balloons and put a television to view photos of the honoree.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
As the hotel is 30 meters from the sea passenger we could walk to get the food down.

Disapointing

Very poor standard room wanted a sleep in as arrived early morning but staff very inconsiderate ! Outside my room chatting away music on their mobile phone only one used toilet roll water was not hot in the shower floor was sticky and a cockroach in the room very poor hygene standard

Bad.

A mediocre hotel, before we left the room, a friend sat in a chair and broke it as soon as we touched it, after this we were made to pay for it even though it had been hurt.

Incident

Lousy facilities, my roommate broke the chair with just sitting, even though he hurt himself he had to pay for it. Despite this incident, we have not stayed at all bad. Snooker was fine.

Forever grateful for the helpfulness of hotel staff!

My son stayed at this hotel on a school trip last October. He had a great time and said the hotel was brilliant.
The main reason for the review is that he left an item of great sentimental value behind. The hotel staff couldn't have been more brilliant and helpful at finding it, packaging it up and dropping it off at a courier's to send back to us. They even followed up with me afterwards to check whether the item had made it home safely. We are forever grateful to Magdalena and the staff at the hotel for their kindness and helpfulness!
